Scope of Services. Through this Site, Ace Premier Services markets and arranges Handyman Services, General Contractor Services, Home Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Plumbing Services. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Ace Premier Services or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. Ace Premier Services reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Ace Premier Services makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Damages. Ace Premier Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Ace Premier Services against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Choice of Law. NC law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Term Changes. Ace Premier Services may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
